Synopsis
A cold front moves through the area today with a modest northerly surge of wind behind it across the northern and central waters. Showers and storms possible over Gulf Stream waters today as well as the southern rivers and sounds. Southerly flow then briefly returns on Sunday as a weak area of low pressure moves through ENC. Another northerly surge, this one stronger, then comes Monday into Tuesday as the low, and another cold front, move offshore. Northeasterly flow then continues for much of next week.
